We offer the following flat-rate shipping options:
$5.00 untracked shipping for flat mail (greeting cards, stickers, etc.) within Canada
$14 flat-rate shipping within Canada (with tracking)ย

WE ARE CURRENTLY ONLY SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA.
If an item is damaged while shipping, you must contact your postal serviceย to find out your options. We are not responsible for any damage to items during shipping.
Returns & Exchanges
Refunds are not available on any items purchased after December 9th, 2024 online or in store.ย
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item(s) must be unused and in theirย original packagingย withย original tags. Refunds or exchanges are only availableย withinย 30 days of your purchase.ย Refunds are not available on clearance/sale items.ย
We do not offer free shipping on returns. We will not provide any reimbursement for return shipping cost as they are the sole responsibility of the customer. If an item is damaged while shipping the return, you must contact your postal serviceย to find out your options. We are not responsible for any damage to the item when shipping the return.
Non-returnable items:
Gift cards, self care/body care (including bath bombs, skin care, lotions, perfumes, etc), food, jewelry, and mystery/seasonal boxes
Step 1:ย Contact us via email atย myhomemercantile@gmail.comย to find out if your item is eligible for a refund or an exchange.
Step 2: Mail us your refund/exchange andย include a copy of the receipt.
Step 3: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.ย If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days. If you have chosen an exchange, your new item will be shipped within 7 days.ย
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you havenโt received your refund, doubleย check your account andย contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
